More Fanfic FAQ Questions

Hi --

A few more questions --

If a member has posted their own fanfic in our files section and/or 
announced a link to their fanfic on fanfic.net, but noone else recommends or 
raves about it, am I obligated to include it in the Recommended Fanfics 
anyway?  Or, should I only include fanfics that are *recommended* by at 
least one member?

I am including fanfics that I think are perfectly horrible (but they've been 
recommended by one or more members so. . .).  But, I am sort of leaning 
toward drawing the line with the first scenario (they post the link & noone 
ever comes back & says "Oh that was great" or "Enjoyed your fanfic").

Thoughts?
