Cross reference Clarification

I was looking at past messages and is this the we tend to want:
  - Cross reference links for links within the FAQ.
  - References to messages do not get a link.

I'm concerned if we add links to the message we could create future 
headaches should Yahoo! change their locations for things.  Sort of 
like what they did with the spaces vs. '+' thing.

I think I'm just talking to myself tonight.   Humm. . . .
