New moderators here

Hi all,

Just to let you know that Penny made me a Moderator for this group 
before she sent away for the weekend and I have made Heidi and Simon 
moderators as well, since the four of us are covering the bulk of the 
FAQs.  

With Melanie not around, we need to have at least one person among us 
who has access to the admin stuff if Penny is tied up with the baby.
