Comments on the rec reading FAQ:  First, it represents a lot of 
work.  Nice Job!

Second, the introduction is written in the first person singular 
("I").  It either needs to be signed by the author or changed so that 
it does not reflect the point of view of a single person (e.g., 
passive voice).
