A Wobbly New Cataloguing Term

Hi, all,

Remember when I said we should only catalogue on-topic posts?

Well . . . .

I just came across a post that was off-topic but that discussed a 
bit of list history (in this case, why we do acronyms).  It's silly, 
I know, but I just figured this sort of thing might be helpful to be 
able to find someday.  It would certainly have been helpful for the 
History FP.  So I added a new topic term "List" for posts dealing 
with list policy or list history.

Let me know if there is a better way to approach that sort of 
thing.  And don't feel obligated to use it just because it is there 
-- I think it should only be used for OT list policy posts that 
really are helpful and different.
