[HP4GU-FAQ] The updated Fanfiction page

I haven't had time this morning to check the links (see my forthcoming
main list post for explanation about what I've done with my morning so
far (le sigh!)) but it does look great - Eb and I will give it a going
over this afternoon/evening, but I think it's ready to be live
