Myth and Legend FAQ?

Hi,

I've just had an enquiry from a newbie, saying that she's got very 
demoralised about searching through the archives, and is there an 
FAQ in progress which specifically discusses threads on myths and 
legends and how they relate to HP.  I don't think she's interested 
in etymology as much as parallels.

I don't remember this being mentioned, so I thought I'd throw it out 
here.
