Erm, I don't want to throw a monkey wrench into a well-greased
machine, but I thought the rules said we were to work within the
existing topic terms whenever possible. And I wonder whether this
change is really necessary. Using "rule-breaking" as a topic term
for Percy's rule-following doesn't seem to me to be any different
from using "wealth" to discuss the Weasleys' poverty: both are
opposites, and I don't see how a person looking for the correct topic
term to punch in for Percy and rules would not figure out very
quickly that the cataloguing term is "rule-breaking". I've tried
*very* hard to use the existing topic terms, even though many of them
are not perfect, because, well, like Percy I thought I had to follow
the rules. <g>

To tell the truth, because of various computer quirks and the fact
that my catalogue is full of discussions of rule-breaking and rule-
following, it's going to take some time to redo all 2200+ posts to
date. So I'm throwing my body down in the road and begging for mercy.
