The "Fantastic Posts" Database

On the question of how to handle entering new Fantastic Posts into
the database, if we don't want to use another list, here's a
suggestion:
Those FP-ers (did we ever reach consensus on what to call ourselves,
btw??) who don't want to take the time to fill in the keywords could
simply put the message number into the database and leave the
keywords blank. Then, we could have FP volunteers who would
periodically review the database to see which messages do not have
keywords filled in, and the volunteers could review the message and
fill in the keywords. Perhaps we could set up the database in two
sections, one for FP-ers to use if they aren't going to fill in the
keywords when they input the message number, and one for FP-ers to
use if they are going to fill in the keywords.
Perhaps we could post a file that lists the main keywords that FP-ers
should be using in the database to make it easier for the new folks
(like me)?
Just some thoughts.

another group (can you do this if you're not an Elf?)
