Red Hen - minor update

There's been a minor update to the Potterverse essay collection,
entailing a bit of further reorganizatiopn of the sidebar, the
splitting of the Double-00 Sevvie essay, spinning the Barty Crouch
stuff off into its own piece, and some further development of the
essays on Endgame, Horcruxes, and a couple of others.
