  under section 5, Admin Flags, and could everyone, *without fail*, 
  religiously tick this if they make a change to a post that could 
  affect categories other than the ones they are supposed to be dealing 
  with at the time ?

  I'm working with the very straight forward Minerva McGonagall...all business that lady...so it's pretty much, "is this post about her or did someone just mention her name?" but I've also seen a few posts that could be completely rejected.
