No coding to main category heads...

I have just done a small clean-up job and run through the 25 or so 
posts which had got mistakenly coded to our five main category 
headings:

1 Text Analysis
2 Character Analysis
3 Wizarding World
4 Other Topics
5 Admin Flags

Actually, most of these were me, Anne, Jayne & Barry from the early 
days on the Yahoo Club (oops..), but just to emphasise, these 
headings should never have anything coded to them.

Particularly, I noticed that 'Admin Flags' got a few ticks recently 
when there was a routine Admin announcement posted. These should just 
be rejected to 0.1 Admin/list management/spoiler issues, no need to 
tick the Admin Flag code as well.

Also, no need to tick Admin Flag if you fill in something in the text 
box - that had sometimes happened.
