Hi Magda. I'm not one of the tech people, but I'll try to help.

Can you confirm whether or not you were able to bring up the main
catalogue? Just to test, when you get to the interface decribed in
step 9 (just a blank box and the "Switch to club" link), type 1 in the
box and press "Go". You should get a three-frame screen: frame 1,
top, list posts 1-5(ish) and the threading of post 1; frame 2, left,
lists all the categories, and should have the reject and 0.0.1 code
marked; and frame 3, right, holds the text of post number 1, a quick
admin note thanking the group for moving, etc. Do you see all this?

Second, are you trying to review a category or just code a group of
posts? If you're trying to review, I assume you've gone to a category
and clicked on [p], which brings up the list of posts in that
category. The new post screen should just be static text, no active
elements; you'll have to keep a record of the post number of those
that need to be changed, and then bring up each post individually in
the main catalogue interface to change the coding.

Let me know if any of this helps.  And don't worry about terminology;
most of us can figure out what the thingamajig by the hoo-ha is.
