Apologies this isn't quite done yet and there are some odd headings 
all over the place. I am in touch with Paul to find out what the 
problem is (me doing something wrong I expect).

I've gone back to doing another category for the time being (Peter 
Pettigrew).

I expect it will be sorted in a day or two - it is largely there, 
just some headings to be added.
