Susan:
Well, pretty much that depends on how you look at it.  For each of the
general list members it probably doesn't have much of an effect.  But
if the Admin is getting a lot of individual complaints or whatever
plus the aggrivation and work it takes to repair what has been damaged
, it might be more than small stuff.  I don't know.  I do know that it
was important enough for Admin to address on the lists and for part of
this debate to be based on and several accusations to be made about. 
Also, this is a group of over 11,000 people (I know, not all are
active ; ) ). And it covers several different countries.  So like I
say, there is something both parties can do if they feel the situation
warrants it.
