The 8th is definitely best for me... I can't guarantee I'll be 
available the 21st/22nd, as I do plan to visit Edinburgh sometime in 
July during one weekend around that time and must travel to London 
for braids during another.

Besides, the earlier in my sojourn we meet up the better--not only am 
I looking eagerly forward to the meet, you can clue us in on the 
ropes to skip and the ropes to know as far as tourist things are 
concerned.

Now, for a time and place... I vote early afternoon.  I can't 
recommend a place, but I do have my Oxford guide... any suggestions?  
(Actually, Simon would probably be the best one to suggest, right?)
