I'll be there--what time are we looking at starting?  I need to know 
when to get the bus from Oxford.

On a sadder note, I am sorry we will not see Simon, Anna Weber, the 
Ana from Spain or Scott!  (sob)  That's OK--someday soon we will have 
*the* definitive HP fandom conference, even if I have to bribe Heidi 
(who is awesome at organizing things like that) into helping me 
orchestrate it.
