Hi, everyone!

I had a great time at the barbecue this weekend... thanks to
Catherine and Mickey for being such great hosts.

I'm going to be in London at least one more time before I go home
next Saturday (I can't BELIEVE I only have 8 more days here!).
Tomorrow I think I'll catch the Oxford tube first thing in the
morning, hit the British Museum and the Imperial War Museum, walk
around the Shepherd's Bush area and go up to Portobello Market, then
go in for dinner and one more show (I'm thinking of seeing either The
Complete Works of Shakespeare (abridged) or the Barbara Jones show)
before I head back in to Oxford late that night.

I do want to see Hampton Court Palace, but perhaps not this time
around... it would require another purposeful day trip down to
London, and I've thought about doing it either next Tuesday or
Thursday afternoon (waves to Al). So who knows?

The problem is that everyone in my program this weekend is either 1)
in Ibiza, 2) in Dublin, or 3) working on their final paper. I fell
into category #3--but now I think I have my paper well in hand (mine
is due Tuesday) and would like to get up to London one more time...
I've fallen completely and totally in love with the city and think
I'd cover more ground if I was going solo rather than with a bunch of
other jaded Americans.

But I would like to have someone to chat with during a meal if I
can. Would anyone like to meet for either lunch or dinner tomorrow
somewhere in the city, if you don't have any other plans? Just let
me know what time and place would be good for you and I'll meet you
there. I would like to see at least one or two of you guys once more
before I head back home on the 11th... but understand if everyone is
busy or time/place is inconvenient.

BTW, Catherine--I saw *The Winter's Tale* last night and cannot wait
to chat with you about it... IM me, please! :-)

Best,

Ebony
