Glad to hear that Ina has her trip planned for the CoS trip and that John is
coming down for the London opening night.  Sounds like we'll have quite a
gang...

Catherine - upstairs at the Pitcher and Piano has been fairly quiet the last
two times we've met, so perhaps we should stick with that?  If we arrange to
eat somewhere later, perhaps Ali could then join us before we leave the P&P?
