harry touching quirrell

question....

in the movie (and maybe in the book as well,
can't quite remember), they have quirrell holding
harry down by the neck.  you can see his hands
touching harry's bare skin, and yet when harry
touches him with his hands, quirrell gets burned.
 so why doesn't quirrell get burned while holding
harry down?  is it just in harry's hands, or was
this a flint?
