CoS - Name Change

Erm, I don't think that there is a difference (IMO). Chamber is an 
old English word which has generally fallen out of usage. It does 
mean though... room! It more commonly referred to a bedroom (very 
similar to the French word "chambre".

I guess using the word "Chamber" conjures up something different in 
your mind to the word room, but it wouldn't exactly be wrong. I agree 
with all the posts that it was just a joke about the name change 
though - when they're dining out on the success of the books, why 
bother to change the name?
