Yes, that was my original casting. But isn't Pettigrew described as

How about Emma Thompson? She could have lots of fun with Trelawney.
And if they leave her scenes with McGonagall in the script, that
would be such a delight.

Easy practical solution then - Harris out, Caine in. ;-) Works
wonders for me.
I so much want Michael Caine to be in that movie. He could be Moody,
or Fudge, or even Crouch Senior.
Any chance to get Sean Connory for Moody? Probably not.

Did you notice all the references about James Potter and Snape being
in school together were carefully removed from the movie? Could be
time limitations, could be more than that.
