The question wasn't even referring to color at all, they brought it up as
someone doing magic with their eyes.  JKR said something like "Aren't you
clever?  There might be something there, yes, very clever."  Or something
close to that.  Too lazy to look right now.  :)  Anyway, I think the "he has
his mother's eyes" thing isn't so much going to be about the *color* of the
eyes as what the eyes can in fact do.  If they have after all CGI'd Daniel's
eyes, maybe it was just to get in that "green as a pickled toad" line. :)
Okay, maybe that's wishful thinking.  Anyway, if they do I will miss
Daniel's incredible blue eyes!
