televisions will give you different shadings of a colour depending on

saw it other times in different theaters, they appeared blue.  
*I know this is subject has been done to death, but it seems to me 
that some who are talking about the eye colour haven't taken into 
account that all the thousands and millions of screens and 
televisions etc simply aren't calibrated exactly the same.Alas, 
technology is not that grand or smart-yet;-). And as for the posters, 
lord knows printers often make mistakes, the CoS poster at my local 
busstop has blue eyes with a distinct green ring around the pupil--go 
figure! *

It also seems to me that Chris Columbus's comment that they didn't 
change the eye colour green *in every shot*, went over the heads of 
some repliers and is being interpeted as meaning Daniel's blue eyes 
were not changed at all.  I took his comment to mean that Harry's 
eyes are meant to appear green when they would be noticed (or when it 
was important to know they are green) and they let the natural colour 
fluctuations of the surroundings and lighting take care of the rest.

Anyway--Enough of that from me!!!
