Veronica replies:

I would love to be able to honestly say you are wrong for your 
concerns and arguements, but I can't. I'm with you 100%. I can only 
hope that the Mudblood/Slug scene is edited better in the movie that 
in the trailer. It seemed like no one cared but Ron that Malfoy was 
so insulting -- even Ron's response seemed delayed and rather 
listless.

Same with the transformations via Polyjuice Potion. Also, weren't 
their voices suppose to change as well? I'll have to look that up, 
but I was sure they didn't sound like Ron and Harry after the 
transformation -- I mean, Malfoy is evil, but he isn't stupid.

I had the same problems with the first movie, though. So, I'll just 
shut up now, and go back to my corner and pout. =)
