Now me again:

I just watched this part several times in slow motion and I don't 
think Snape is doing the blasting, because his hands are down while 
the person in front of him is spinning in mid-air (his hands go up as 
the person is about to hit the ground).  My guess is that this scene 
is showing Harry blasting Draco Malfoy with an Expelliarmus.  In the 
snake-throwing scene, Draco is in front of Snape, with Harry on the 
other side.

Which would make me very happy, especially if Draco is shown blasting 
Harry (contrary to what *really* happened in CoS!).
