I was thinking that as well, yet I imagined the spiders to be of all
different shapes and sizes, some a lot larger than others. I'm sure
Aragog and some of the other spider-leaders (for lack of a better
word) will be larger, at least I hope they are. I have mixed
emotions about these scenes because, just as Ron is, I'm scared of
spiders! So maybe my hands will be over my eyes during this scene,
and I'll have to read a spoiler/review from this group to see if
they're really that big or not. < hee- bee- jee- bees shudder >

When I read this portion of the book, I imagined the snake to be
bigger as well, similar to the one Harry saw at the zoo. Maybe,
though, because Draco is still a young Wizard in Training, he
couldn't produce a large snake yet? ( just a thought ) And,
snakes, regardless of size can still be fast and deadly. I'd freak
out too, if it came crawling towards me. I did like the way the
snake shot out of the wand, though, along with Draco's little spell-
pose choreography. What will be really
interesting is to hear how Harry speaks to the snake. Will we hear
English? Or
hissing!?

- C - who gently pats Phyllis on the shoulder w/a "there there!" No
movie will ever be as good as the movie you have in your mind! :)
