Buckbeak without wings would be a horse with a bird head.  He'd call it a
horse, not a bird (if he actually saw that).

I almost feel like writing one of these up, just to see how convincing I
could make it.  It would be a hell of a lot better than this one!  It would
give me something to do, while I wait 104 more days for this movie to come
out!
