Now Eustace_Scrubb:
The cast list for GOF on IMDB (I know, that's often of questionable
validity) lists someone called "Nigel" (played by William Melling, any
relation to Harry Melling aka Dudley??).  Will he turn out to be
another student? (William Melling's only other credits on IMDB are as
"Boy Next Door" in a UK TV show called "William and Mary" in 2004.)

On the "Slytherin boy," in the POA movie, is he identified by name in
the POA credits?  I can't check that now, but I don't think he is.  I
have my doubts that the filmmakers identified him with Nott, who isn't
really part of the Malfoy gang in the books.  I wouldn't think of the
movie Slytherin boy as especially stringy.  I'm afraid that he, like
"Boy 1" (the nameless Gryffindor) were inserted for no particularly
good reason.
