 I do agree that Dan or his stylist might need to lay off the gel a 
little in interviews. They make it very disheveled...But then I think 
that about a lot of guys (including my boyfriend and brother ;) )I do 
think the length is likely for the water (it does look cool) and also 
as a way of showing them as growing up. Harry's hair went from being 
very short to longer "teen" length while the adults in the Wizarding 
World often have long hair (esp. as described in the books). 

Lindsay,
who is definitely checking the list to avoid finals work and already 
annoyed her local movie theatre trying to find out when GoF presales 
start ;)...
