I don't detest Gambon as AD, but I really did think that Richard Harris was
just exactly what my imagination pictured him as.

Sandy:
Of the three kids, Emma is my least favorite. I make no bones of the fact
that I adore Daniel and think he is, and always has been a very good actor.
Whenever I see interviews he does I am always struck by how different he is
from
the Harry he plays. I very much admire his acting skills. I am not pleased
with
his decision to do Equus to prove himself and will be glad when he has moved

beyond that phase. I have to disagree with your assessment of Michael
Gambon. I
absolutely detest him as Dumbledore. With each new movie I keep hoping he
will finally get it right, but since he hasn't by now I don't see it
happening. I
do love Alan Rickman as Snape though.
