I thought I'd have noticed if somebody said Levicorpus in the OotP
movie, so I put on my DVD, with subtitles switched on (it helps to
"hear" the words spoken very quietly or when two or more persons speak
at the same time), and yep, the said spell has been used three times.
DA lesson, Ministry, and Snape's Worst Memory.
I also like to read transcripts of movies I like, on IMSDB.com. That's
where I found George's words about astronomy tower in PoA (see
"foreshadowing" topic). I just missed those words in the movie when I
watched it.
