Cheese, Please?

There is a cheese that I adore, but I cannot for the life of me recall the
name.
It's not Haggis (lol).
It does however start with an H--and tastes excellent! It's also $6. + per
pound.
Anyone know what I am talking about? It's a white-colored cheese,
rich-textured, and carries the appearance of Swiss, but isn't.
Thanks!
