I saw parts of Awakenings and Dead Poets Society. I thought he was rather
good in the first but didn't like Dead Poets Society at all. And just
yesterady they showed this movie with him and Billy Crystal searching for
the son they didn' know they had - I have no idea how the title is - and he
was playing this manic-depressed suicidal actor, totally weird and
hyper-active, and it was just so... over-performed.

Generally I like him quite well, but after a while it gets boring. And I
read Mrs. Doubtfire and saw the movie and the book, and the portrayal of his
character in the book, is much, much better.

And him as Snape? Honestly <g> (Glad that has been decided ages ago)
