It's for some sort of mascara and she endorses it with the line:

Answer: Very!
Here in Australia some cosmetics ads (and other infomercials (sp?))
ae made even more dreadful by the fact that American ads have
Australian voices dubbed over the top of them. It wouldn't be so bad
if the dubbing jobs weren't so absolutely appauling!
Sometimes it's made even worse by the fact that Australian voices are
dubbed over those of American celebrities who people *know* are
American. The guy from 'Walker: Texas Ranger' and the two ladies
from 'The Mommies' are just two victims I can name; fortunately SMG
was spared.
And, just out of curiosity, does SMG have a billion lashes per eye,
or a billion lashes shared between the two eyes (that is, half a
billion lashes on each eye)?
I have too much time on my hands :)
