You forgot traditional Guy Fawkes "Penny for the Guy" activities. Basically,
children make a Guy Fawkes effigy for November 5th out of old shirts and
trousers etc. They then stick him in a wheelbarrow and trundle him around
town, saying "Penny for the Guy". They then use these to buy things like
firecrackers etc.
