I compose fan fiction and essays after long winded phone conversations,
chats with friends and e-mails. I tend to totally flush out ideas through
research, do a pen and paper out-line, research some more, out line in word,
talk to friends more, and write a few versions of an intro paragraph while
chatting or in a notebook. Only after doing that do I sit down and write
the piece so I know what I want to do inside and out and so when I ditch the
out-lines, I can do it with out harming my stories. I edit stuff
off-line... my own at least.
I write best in the morning to midafternoon. :o)
