Another Eleanor fan!!!  If your'e interested, there is a series of 
books written about Eleanor by Sharon Kay Penman.  Warning:  most of 
them run around 700-800 pages.  She's historically accurate (even to 
descriptions of clothing) & one h**l of a good writer.  There is also 
another Eleanor book, called "A Proud Taste for Scarlet and Miniver" 
that's also quite good.  I love Eleanor and Henry--at least at first, 
theirs was a real love match.  They had a son named Geoffrey, as 
well.  Btw, I recommend the movie "The Lion in Winter" too.
