I love them too! Definitely with lots of garlic. And
not overcooked, otherwise it's like chewing little
bits of rubber. My daughter first tried them when she
was 5 and was thereafter offended when she didn't get
them as a appetizer along with the grown-ups.

Brains - now that's something I've never had the
opportunity to try. Why never again? Did they taste
terrible or problem of texture (which is why some
people I know won't eat liver)?
BTW, was it Scott who wanted another food discussion?
