My university is in Norwegian called Norges Teknisk 
Naturvitenskapelige Universitet, abbreviated NTNU.  In English, this 
would be the Norwegian University of Technology and Science, but the 
university instead opted for the Norwegian University of Science and 
Technology.  I'll give you three guesses as to why!
