I was also "Abs of Steel"! And "Crabby Abby". But none of those
seemed very bad to me compared to my little sister, who was often
called "Smelly Elly". Although, my least favorite nickname
was "Abbit", which was not only a combination of my first & last
names, but it was also given to me by a classmate when we were
reading _The_Hobbit_, and I found it offensive that he thought I was
Hobbit-like (but I must admit, that was before my growth spurt, and I
was unusually short, but since then I have shot up to 'slightly below
average' height).
And for Kathryn who was wanting Slytherin names:
Eustacia! I think Eustacia would make a great Slytherin name. It
also happens to be from _The_Return_of_the_Native_, and that
character is certainly worthy of being a Slytherin.
