I dislike sufganiot...  But it's almost impossible not to eat them over 
here, where everyone eats them all the time...  And let me correct you. 
 It is not madew exactly like donuts.  Actually, it's much easier to 
make. You simly get some dough and fry it (real oil, not margarine or 
butter).  Then you take a thing that look like a turkey baster (I think) 
only with a needle.  Actually, sufganiot are the reason why so many jews 
are sick during Hanuka :-)
