I think broom-manufacturers are a better choice, since we see only
two railroad-stations in the books so far (and in the old versions of
monopoly in Norway we had shipping-companies rather than
trainstations). Then one could have the Cleansweep Broom Company,
the Comet Trading Company, Ellerby and Spudmore, and Nimbus Racing
Broom Company (all taken from QTTA - these four are in fact all the
discredited companies still in business according to that volume
(Firebolts probably being manufactured not by a company but by an
artisan)). This, of course, means that we have to find another place
to put King's Cross if we want it in.

Malfoy Manor and Hogwarts should probably be included, possibly as
second last and last property before start.

Could Dumbledore's office serve for Free Parking? I can't really
think of anything else at the moment. The other two seem good.

Agree on the broomstick. However, I don't think Sirius is a good
token - IMHO it is best to not use characters as tokens. And can you
imagine the fighting over the Sirius-token that would result if
certain ladies of this group would be playing this game? >;->
Having two brooms is not good either, as it will be difficult making
them different at this scale. How about the Sorting Hat? It fits
the theme of transportation and change that seems to be in the other
tokens.

I am not sure if one can find wizarding companies that make the world
tick the way electric companies and waterworks do in the muggle-
world. Perhaps have The Leaky Cauldron in place of the Waterworks?
Taxes should perhaps be kept as they are.
