Either that or, since it's Harry's starting place, 4 Privet Drive.
(And he goes back there at the end of each school year!)

I think the Hospital Wing would be free parking. And the Quidditch
Pitch has to figure in somewhere, as well as the Forbidden Forest,
Hagrid's hut and various properties in Hogsmeade (Zonko's, Three
Broomsticks, Honeydukes, etc.). And then there's also the Daily
Prophet and Witch Weekly; perhaps publications should substitute for
the utilities.

But not all the Monopoly tokens are transportation oriented; only
the car and wheel barrow (if you're accustomed to getting around in
a wheel barrow, that is). There's the thimble, scottie dog, shoe,
and hat. Perhaps "Sirius" meant his dog form? I do think various
animals would be good: Buckbeak, Crookshanks, Norbert, Scabbers(!),
Hedwig...And the house animals too. A lion, a badger (hardest to
do, IMO), an eagle and a coiled snake. A cauldron would be good as
well.

As I mentioned already, the publications might do for the utilities
(something about owing money on your subscription, perhaps, when you
land on it). Income tax could be Gringott's, and you have to pay a
surcharge of 10% on all of the money you have in order to exchange
it for Muggle money...Or maybe it could be vault maintenance fees.

The two eating establishments we know of (Leaky Cauldron and Three
Broomsticks) could team with another food store, Honeydukes, for one
of the triple-property monopolies. For taxes and utilities, see
above. And let's not forget magic supply stores like Ollivanders,
Madam Malkin's and Flourish and Blotts.

Seems like the community chest cards would be better called Sorting
Hat Cards or something, while Chance would be called Divination and
these cards would "predict" something you have to do right now.

I'm clearly already thinking about this way too much...
