They have those too. Our cousin has that. He buys a
prepaid card for so many minutes to use with his. Roy
didn't want that system. We have a cardiac son and he
wanted cell phones for 24 hours emergencies.
especially if we are awsy from the house phone or a
public pay phone. But there all types of services out
there.
