What is this expression again? Something like 'never tickle a sleeping
dragon'? What not just put the english version of the samething.
Instead of Latin, write it in English.

Or, after looking at the design, the banner is relativley small so
it's not like the word 'tittilandus' is going to be in gigantic
letters. By the time someone is close enough to clearly read
'tittilandus' they've already had a close look at your ...uh-hem...
tittilandus.

So, I say go with the original or the English translation.
