Hi!  Basically I am splitting the yarn up into 3-4 threads (like 
embroidery thread) and just doing a long stitch using a size 18 
needle.  I am not doing the greatest job (like a machine or 
professional seamstress would), but my family says it looks pretty 
good so it'll have to do. :)  I don't really sew btw, but to be 
honest, I have started to learn techniques just for my costume! LOL. 
:)  I even bought a knitting book so I could knit my own Gryffindor 
scarf, but I ended up buying on off of ebay instead. ;)
