I was a bad girl and used the "buy it now" option and bought the 
patch from a guy who sells all sorts of patches.  He has quite a 
few.  I was watching the other patches escalate to a ridiculous 
price, so I just bought it outright.  I paid *gulp*  23.00 for it.  
BUT, I figured since I saved so much on my thrift outfit, I could 
spring for it.  The others were going for 38-40 dollars!  Yikes.
I know what you mean about the weather.  I'm just outside Dallas, 
and each year we wonder if we are going to gasp in our costumes or 
freeze to death;  there doesn't seem to be a happy medium.  
 
Well, I've got a cool wand, that's what's important. :)

I'm telling you, it's all in the wand, baby!  :D  I saw a picture 
someone doctored of the new poster of the trio - in it, Harry is 
front and center with that Gryffindor sword (oh!  I can't wait!!).  
He/she added the phrase to it "It's not how big the sword is, it's 
how you swing it."  So, swish and flick that wand, girl!  :D

Yeah, bald is beautiful and sexy! But then, there's always 
Riker...and Chakotay....and oh my goodness my beloved HELMBOY.
