The site I mentioned, http://www.aldertons.com/english-.htm , doesn't
have Tony Blair as rhyming slang, but does have his son:

Leicester Square -- Euan Blair -- We're getting off the train at Euan
Blair station [Thanks to Vix.  Mark points out that Euan Blair (Prime
minister's underage son) was found drunk by police in Leicester Square
earlier this year.  Hence the slang.]
