Yep, I pre-ordered with Amazon for GoF and they sent it FedEx. And it
arrived after I was awake. Several *hours* after, in fact, because IIRC it
was a Saturday, and FedEx deliveries aren't guaranteed to be before 3 on a
Saturday.

For OOP, I'd be at my Barnes & Noble with my 10% discount card. :) If I were
in the US. As it is, I'll be at my local bookstore in the UK. :D
